Clear Your Browser Cache

If you are on the LBPSB network and still see the access page, clearing your browser cache usually fixes it.

Only clear what is needed

Only check Cached images and files (or Cache in Firefox). Do not check browsing history, cookies, passwords, or autofill data — those are not needed and you will lose saved logins and personal data.

Chrome & Edge

  1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete
  2. Set the time range to All time
  3. Check Cached images and files
  4. Click Clear data
  5. Refresh this page

Firefox

  1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete
  2. Set the time range to Everything
  3. Check Cache
  4. Click Clear Now
  5. Refresh this page

Safari (Mac)

  1. In the menu bar, click Safari > Preferences > Advanced
  2. Enable Show Develop menu in menu bar
  3. Click Develop > Empty Caches
  4. Refresh this page
